Queen Lee is a small team in San Po Kong, Hong Kong. We hire slowly, pay fairly, and measure people on the work that ships — not on hours logged or decks delivered. If that sounds dull, you'll probably hate it. If it sounds like relief, read on.
We try to describe the work honestly so you can self-select. Below is the format — individual roles follow further down.

Linear / Notion / Git for engineering, real CAD seats, real test equipment. We don't run on spreadsheets pretending to be databases.
Bands published internally. MPF, medical, generous study budget, and a hardware allowance for gear you actually need to do the work.
All roles are based in Hong Kong, San Po Kong office, with regular travel to the Pearl River Delta. Hybrid working is supported once you're settled.
Three steps, four weeks, no take-home gauntlets. We respect your time and treat the interview as a two-way evaluation.
Hiring manager + you. We talk about the work you've actually done, what you want to do next, and what would make this role a bad fit.
A live problem from real work. Could be a yield Pareto, a BOM rebuild, or a process deviation. We solve it together. You get paid for the time, regardless of outcome.
Meet two or three future colleagues. Ask anything. We move to offer within five working days of the panel, or close the loop with written feedback.
We hire roles before we post them. If you've been at this for a while and you'd rather describe the job you want than apply for one we listed, send us a paragraph.
